Barbara E. Lusky has been licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois since 1982. Since that time, she
has concentrated her practice into the area of family law, divorce, estate planning and probate. Barbara attended Indiana
University, where she graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in 1975. She obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree from
John Marshall Law School in Chicago, in 1982.
Barbara’s philosophy towards her cases seeks practicable results
for her clients based on the circumstances of each case. With this in mind, Barbara tries to aid clients in seeking
a reasonable resolution to any dispute. Barbara has considerable trial experience and experience in negotiation
of cases.
Barbara has been active in the community where she resides. She served for ten years as a Commissioner
on the Transportation Commission of the Village of Wilmette. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Lilac Tree,
in Evanston, Illinois for over ten years. The Lilac Tree is an organization that assists women who are facing
the prospect of divorce. Barbara has been a frequent speaker at seminars in the areas of her practice.
Barbara
is married, and is the mother of two grown sons.
